What GraftAi does, what it does not do, and what you agree to when you use it.
What GraftAi is
GraftAi produces an AI-assisted estimate from photos you upload and introduces you to clinics. GraftAi is not a clinic, does not employ surgeons and does not provide medical care.
The estimate is an estimate
Norwood stage, donor density and graft range are produced by software from your photos. They are not a diagnosis and not a treatment plan. Their quality depends on the angle, lighting and sharpness of what you upload. A surgeon decides what is actually possible.
Packages
Packages shown on this site are illustrative until a clinic confirms them. The clinic sets the final price, the technique and the plan at consultation, and may differ from what you saw here.
Booking
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It is not a booking, not a contract and not a commitment to treatment by anyone.
What we ask of you
Be over 18, upload photos of yourself, and give accurate answers. An estimate built on someone else's photos is meaningless.
Limits
Any treatment is a matter between you and the clinic you choose. GraftAi is not a party to it and is not responsible for its outcome.
Changes
These terms change as the product changes. The date below is when they last did.
